YG DIGITAL is a digital goods reseller operating in Ethiopia. You can reach us on Telegram at @ygplay or by phone on 0952717239.

• Order details — your name, email address and phone number, the product and package you chose, and the amount in Birr.
• Payment proof — the transaction reference number and the receipt screenshot you upload for your Telebirr or CBE transfer.
• Account details — if you create an account, your name, email, optional phone number and an encrypted password.
• Reviews — the name, rating and review text you choose to submit.

We do not ask for or store your bank password, PIN, card number or Telebirr PIN. Nobody from YG DIGITAL will ever ask you for them. If someone does, it is not us.

• To confirm your payment and deliver your code, key or top-up.
• To contact you about your order on Telegram or by email.
• To handle replacements, refunds and support questions.
• To keep records of sales as required for our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Only YG DIGITAL staff handling your order. Your details are stored in our order system (hosted by our database provider) and your receipt is kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. We share information with others only when the law requires it, or when a provider needs it to complete your order.

Order records and receipts are kept while they may be needed for support, disputes or our records, and are then deleted. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to remove a review you submitted. Message @ygplay and tell us your Order ID.

We store small amounts of data in your browser to remember your theme choice and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
